1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Teorema Cristalizado, Sociedade Unipessoal LDA (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Portugal with NIPC 519238354, with its registered office at Avenida Francisco Sá Carneiro, loja 3, #152, 8125-148 Quarteira, Portugal.

2. Services

Teorema Cristalizado is a construction company specialising in residential building services and construction material supply, including but not limited to:

• New residential construction (villas, houses, apartments)
• Home renovations and extensions
• Building materials supply and procurement
• Property maintenance and repair services
• Construction consulting and project management

All services are provided on the basis of individual project agreements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Teorema Cristalizado, Sociedade Unipessoal LDA or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Client Obligations

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services
• Ensure all materials provided to us do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed terms and schedule
• Provide timely feedback and approvals as required during the project lifecycle
• Ensure legal compliance with local building regulations and property ownership requirements

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit may be required before commencement of work
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

6. Warranties & Liability

All construction work is warranted against defects in workmanship for a period specified in the project agreement. Building materials supplied are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by Portuguese law, Teorema Cristalizado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed and materials procured up to the date of termination. Any deposits already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

8. Website Use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or re-sell any part of the website without express permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its servers
• Introduce viruses or any other harmful material to the website

9. Governing Law
